You can change your life.

Nothing is immutable and if you think you're stuck somewhere or you don't have what you want, it doesn't mean it can't be changed. We create our own reality. Maybe something has happened to you at some point and you say to yourself, "I'm useless anymore" or "Other people may have a nice life, but I'm cursed" Yes, that's how we tell ourselves everything, we tell ourselves and much worse. But is it really true? Is everything we think of true? And why might it not be? Thoughts usually come to us according to what energy field we are in. When we are very down, they are significantly more negative than when we are in a great mood. I've been observing myself, for example, what thoughts come to me sometimes, they're really interesting... Sometimes I tell myself that nobody even has to criticise me, I'm my own biggest critic, and then the other option comes to me, right? Where did I get that from? Why do I have to criticise myself all the time? I could have done this better, I could have done that better. Often we are challenged by what we were told in childhood, what we were told all the time, whether it was our parents, teachers, religion, etc... As life goes by we find that it can be different. I really like "The Work" - by Katie Byron - for working with the thoughts. She has an original approach to it. When we want to interrogate the reality and truth of our thoughts, we start by questioning the sentence we are telling ourselves:

1. Is it true?

2. Can you absolutely know that it is true?

3. How do you react, what happens, when you believe that thought?

4. Who would you be without that thought?

If we can question the truth of our thoughts, sometimes, in fact often, we will find that they are not true at all, that they are some kind of outdated labels that we have believed because someone at some point told us they were true, we have assumed them to be true. But now we find that what we actually believe... What is real and true?When we can work with our thoughts, emotions are connected to emotions, behaviour is connected to emotions, and behaviour leads to action to an outcome, a reality that we create. Change your thoughts and you can begin to create something better and more beautiful, you can create the life we dream of.
